You are in the last years of your study or you are about to start your professional career? Are you looking for a diverse role with large development potential and international demand? We are looking for two Sales Development Representatives (SDR)! Working at Sales.Rocks means a lot of potential to grow, to develop, amazing colleagues and you are part of a continuous success of our product start-up (no IT outsourcing club..). Do you want to become an expert in the field of data-driven outbound sales? Would you love to learn everything about analytics, automation, prospecting, sales, copywriting and negotiation techniques? We would love to teach you (or show you the right path). Responsibilities • Responsible for consistently booking qualified discovery calls with prospects • Running your own multi-channel outbound campaigns • Managing your prospects / insights within our data-analytics platform / CRM module Zoho. • Identify market patterns, research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. • Working on playbooks and campaigns for different ICPs with the AE • Occasionally contributing to our blog / vlogs using the knowledge you have gained • Following up on warm leads that have shown intent by calling them up • Following up on inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls. Who are we looking for? • An analytical personality • Someone who loves solving problems for prospects • Someone tech-savy and enthusiastic about learning new applications • Someone who wants to create, test and improve outbound sales campaigns • Someone with an affinity for content marketing & storytelling • Someone who is able to actively listen and understand • Fluent English - both in verbal and writing (no accent) • OPTIONAL: Fluency in other Western European languages IMPORTANT: You do not necessarily need to understand what we are doing or have background experience in the various responsibilities.
